When should I expect my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information, and a link that will take you to a web page where you can track your package. You will also be able to sign up for text and email updates on your shipment on the carriers tracking web page!

Shipping timeframes will depend on the type of shipping you chose when you placed your order.  Here are some ideal timeframes for different methods of shipping:

Ground Services:

• USPS Parcel Select Ground 3-9 Days
• Media Mail: 2-14 Days
• FedEx Home: Between 2 and 7 days, depending how far you are from San Francisco. (Note: FedEx Home is NOT an expedited method of shipping)
• FedEx Smart Post: 3-10 Days

Expedited Services

• FedEx Express: 2-3 Days
• First Class Mail: 2-7 Days
• Priority Mail: 2-5 Days

I got free shipping on my order (yay!) but I don't know how it's being shipped. When should I expect a Free Shipping order?

During sales or promotions, we may offer FREE economic shipping, which typically takes 2-10 business days. If you would like it expedited, please select an expedited method of shipping when checking out (which won't be free).
